1. Requirements


L'OCCITANE WEB SHOP services will become available after user registration. By registration, user accepts terms of sale and delivery, as well as general terms and conditions. L'OCCITANE WEB SHOP services are available to registered customers of legal age (18 years) only.

2. Purchase


Purchase of products in L'OCCITANE WEB SHOP is very simple: it is necessary to follow the required steps. After selecting the desired item, it is necessary to submit personal data in order to be registered as a buyer/user. Then follows payment type selection, checking the order details, and payment verification.

Registration
Except through the purchase process, one can register by clicking the Registration button in top right hand corner of the screen and submitting your e-mail and password. Fill out the form containing your personal data (fields marked * are required). Every single purchase requires logging in by submitting registration data. Thus, user profile is activated.

After successful registration, i.e. submitting your username in the required field, you are allowed to start purchasing items. Select the desired item. For more information on selected item see „Description“.  Clicking „Add to Basket“ automatically saves the item into your basket. Then you can confirm the purchase by selecting „Buy“, or select another item from our range of products and save it into basket by selecting „Continue“.


The basket offers an overview of all selected items, with price and quantity information. Quantity of the selected item can be modified by selecting the desired number in the „Quantity“ field. The basket can be emptied by clicking the „Delete“ button on the right side of each selected item.


Should you wish to test some of our other available products with the selected items, click „Choose your free sample“ and select two free samples from the list of available samples. Selecting „Add to Basket“ automatically saves free samples to your basket.

 
After you have finished selecting the desired items and have decided to purchase them, select „Buy“ at the bottom of the page to confirm purchase. Please submit your delivery address.

Clicking „Continue“ opens the payment page. L'OCCITANE WEB SHOP accepts credit cards using T-Com Pay Way system or you can choose payment on delivery (the customer pays for the items with cash upon delivery). Remember, if you wish to send the purchased items to an alternate address, payment on delivery is not possible

Payment by credit card

On T-Com Pay Way security page choose your credit card to be used for payment (American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa or Diners) and submit the required data. Selecting „BUY“ offers an overview of your order. Then select „Confirm order“ which closes the purchase process. A confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. T-Com Pay Way system will also automatically send credit card authorization notificitaion to your e-mail address, confirming the payment amount.

Your credit card is debited for the specified amount in the final part of the order process which precedes the verification of data, order items and invoicing by the STILLMARK ZAGREB Ltd.

For security reasons, T-Com Pay Way system does not allow the execution of the higher transaction amount or access to your credit card number. L'OCCITANE WEB SHOP administrator has access only to the transaction number or cancellation of the order which we are for any reason unable to fulfill. T-Com Pay Way system will automatically send necessary information on transaction process or cancelling the order to your e-mail address.

3. Payment

The provider offers the following forms of payment:

4. Order and delivery


Orders are received via internet at any time of day and night, i.e. 24 hours a day, seven days a week. L'OCCITANE WEB SHOP items are delivered only to addresses in the Republic of Croatia, by Croatian Post Inc. hpekspres services, which provides the fastest door-to-door delivery in the Republic of Croatia. All orders received from Monday to Friday by 4 p.m. will be delivered within 72 hours or 3 working days. For orders received on Saturday, Sunday and state holiday collecting will be organized the next workday and will be delivered within 72 hours. 
Delivery expenses fixed at 35,00 kn shall be registered in your order and receipt. For all orders above 400,00 kn the delivery is FREE. If you choose payment on delivery - the customer pays for the items with cash upon delivery, 1,83% of total value of your purchase will be added to your postal charges due to the commission charged by the Post of Croatia, but minumum 5,00 kn.

: We apologize for the inconvenience in this case. If your product is out of stock, you shall be contacted and asked whether you wish to cancel your order, partly cancel your order or wait until the product becomes available.

Any submitted information shall be used exclusively for the intended purpose. Any personal information is completely confidential, and your privacy is guaranteed by encryption security software and server protection. Please be assured that we do not sell or disclose your personal information to any party except for business operations between Stillmark Zagreb Ltd. and yourself as our customer. We reserve the right to use general information.

 

Stillmark Zagreb Ltd. is committed to protect customer personal information by collecting only the necessary, basic information on its buyers/users, required to meet our obligations, notifying the buyers on how their personal information is used, providing the buyers with options on the use of their personal information, including the option of their availability for the advertising campaign lists. All user information is strictly protected and is available only to the authorized personnel. All Stillmark Zagreb Ltd. employees, as well as their business partners, are required to respect the privacy policy principles.

2. Credit card information


Stillmark Zagreb Ltd. uses T-Com Pay Way system to process credit cards transactions. T-Com deals with privacy and security of your personal information in credit card authorization process. Privacy of the information in paysites is ensured by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security protocol with 128-bit data enrcyption. Exchange of sensitive information such as credit card numbers between T-Com Pay Way system for online payments and authorization centres of credit card companies is processed via private network with no internet access and is fully protected from unauthorized access in accordance with ISO 8583 protocol. T-Com completely denies access to any information for unauthorized personnel in the purchase process. Your credit card number is never at the disposal of Stillmark Zagreb Ltd. webshop employees. They have access to authorized transaction number only. They are authorized only to execute transaction in full or partial amount or to cancel the transaction. All prices in L'OCCITANE HRVATSKA WEB SHOP are in listed in HRK for final customers, VAT included. Delivery fee is charged additionally, in the process of order finalization.

3. Returning delivered items


All products are fully examined before delivery and shall be delivered undamaged, in its proper condition. Your products, completely in original packaging, shall be carefully placed into our delivery packages in order not to get damaged on their way to you.

The buyer has the right to return the goods to the seller after delivery in the following cases:

 

  • if s/he is delivered items that have not been ordered,
  • if s/he is delivered items past the expiration date, and/or
  • if s/he is delivered defective or visibly damaged goods.


L'Occitane wishes to have satisfied customers. If you are not content with the product you can return it on your own expense within seven days after delivery. The seller will approve the return and cancel the order after receiving the valid written complaint. Please send it to our e-mail: webshop@loccitane.hr.


The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged (unless the damage is the cause for the return), along with the receipt delivered with selected items. Otherwise the return will NOT be approved. Exchanges are allowed within seven days after delivery, if the item for exchange is available. No refunds, exchanges only. The buyer is charged with expenses for returning the product to the Stillmark Zagreb d.o.o. webshop address, as well as the delivery expenses of the exchanged item to the buyer's address. Please note that L'Occitane stores can not exchange your products. Exchanges have to be executed in compliance with the process described in Terms and Conditions as stated at www.loccitane.hr

Please allow us a period of 21 days after receiving the returned items, receipt and valid written complaint to process your return.

Important NOTE:

When receiving a shipment you notice same damage, please inform the courier immediately about it and open the damaged package along with him.  If any product is damaged, along with the courier make a report of the damage with a signature of both of you.  You keep one copy of the report and another keeps the courier. Please contact us as soon as possible regarding the damaged shipment and we’ll compensate the cased damage to you.
